COMMISSIONING
For trusts, Virtual Schools, regional adoption agencies and local partners who need a defined piece of specialist school-practice work with follow-through.
Scope a partnership →Agree the audience, settings, practice gap, safeguarding boundaries and what success would reasonably look like.
Review current provision, gather anonymised scenarios and adapt tools to the participating settings.
Facilitated development, leader action-planning and practical support while teams try agreed changes.
A proportionate implementation review: participation, actions trialled, barriers, feedback and recommendations for the next phase.
Your programme is designed around the settings you support and the practice you want to strengthen. It can combine scoping, development sessions, reusable tools, teacher coaching, implementation review and a concise report. The exact mix is agreed before quotation.
An example entry scope might cover up to five schools with an initial commissioning meeting, baseline pulse-check, two online development sessions, reusable tools, one shared leader follow-up and a concise commissioning report. Final inclusions depend on participant numbers, delivery format and complexity.
There is no fixed entry price. Smaller focused commissions can be scoped more modestly, while broader or more intensive work is quoted to reflect its reach and depth.
Your proposal sets out participating settings, preparation, delivery, coaching or follow-up, reporting, dates and any exclusions. Where several schools share delivery, we show how that makes efficient use of the available budget.
We agree practical measures before starting: what staff need to do differently, how leaders will notice, what schools have tried, and what still blocks consistent practice. Braythorpe can report implementation evidence; it will not claim causal improvements in attendance, exclusions or wellbeing without an appropriate evaluation design.
